CRSED update 1.91 is now rolling out on PS4, PC(2.0.4.117), PS5 (1.000.039), and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official Crsed patch notes, the latest update added a new DLC and some fixes and changes to the game Apart from this, Crsed patch 1.91 also includes stability fixes.

Since the last update, players are experiencing several issues when trying to play the game online. Today’s Crsed version 1.91 will resolve a few of these issues.

CRSED patch 1.91 notes (1.000.039) – December 1, 2021

A new Champion arrives in the game, the fearsome Bram van Helsing. A wealthy Dutch nobleman, occultist, hematophagous, whose obsessive desire to drink blood soon led him to a Rehab center, where he heard about the F.O.A.D. murder games and, without thinking twice, joined in.

He didn’t need treatment any more, for he had now found a way to satisfy his thirst. He mastered the “Flock of bats” ability, which allowed him to levitate and move quickly in bat form.

While in this state, Bram gets “vampirism” and 50% of the damage done to the enemy is returned in the form of health, while his transformation into a flock of bats allows him to move at high speed. Damage to the Champion is reduced by 50%, and during the “Sun Eclipse” ritual by 70%. But stay away from the “Killing Sun” ritual or you will take increased damage.

“Coffin of the undead” gravestone

As soon as Bram gets stronger, a new kind of gravestone —  “Coffin of the Undead” will be revealed to you. After destroying it, a greedy enemy will be attacked by a Zombie. Once opened, the gravestone can be selected in the Customization section.

Improvements

• New Champion Bram van Helsing, who enjoys being a vampire and can turn into a flock of bats to overcome gravity.
• An updated spectator mode now allows killed players to watch the actions of their remaining opponents in battle.
• New weapon: Aspen stake.
• Full crossplay is now available for PlayStation and Xbox players. Added cross-platform contacts, squads. Also, added a filter  in the game settings to show only players from a certain platform in leaderboards for both PlayStation and Xbox.

Changed the aim punch due to enemy bullets. Now the first shot hits the Champion hard and knocks the sight off, the next ones, if they are made with the same weapon, have much weaker effect. The effect of the first shot that knocked out the sight is restored over time.

• New “Silence” ritual, in which abilities and traps cannot be used for 45 seconds. All active abilities are interrupted.
• New costumes: Vampire Hunter outfit, High Society outfit, “Dark gold” outfit and Hanbok dress.
• The ordinary crossbow bolt has been replaced with an explosive bolt.
• New traps: three false gravestones that activate one of the following effects on their destroyer:
  • slowing for 7 seconds;
  • reduction of health by 20% for 7 seconds;
  • displaying a marker on the map of the destroyed gravestone and notifying other players of the event.
• New masks: Bat skull, Skull face, African red mask, Jaws, Venetian.

New underwear and boxer shorts:”Paper umbrellas” underwear, black and white “Vampire kiss” underwear, “Blood roses” underwear, “Vampire romance” underwear, “Blue lightning” underwear and boxer shorts, “Green web” abstract underwear and boxer shorts, “Pistons” abstract underwear and boxer shorts, white and red “Vampire kiss” boxer shorts.

• New sprays: Giraffes, Vampire kiss, Quetzalcoatl, Drakkar, Raijin, Reaper on vacation, Lucky gang, Guided by the loa, Rest in peace, Most definitely not a vampire, Creature of the night, Night hunting, On the road.

• You can now detect when enemies are watching you. Pay attention to the eye icon next to the kill counter.
• Increased the image in the IV bag of regeneration icon for better identification of this artifact.
• Improved the grenade drop animation.

• Picked up weapons are now installed in a free slot when it is available, rather than replacing the gun currently in hand.
• Zombies are now also exposed to the effects of the Repulsion hex bag and Erik's ability.
• Added damage to flamethrowers from the cloud around the burning stream.
• After completing the “Rally” mission you will be greeted with a fireworks display.
• A smoke grenade from the trap can no longer be thrown away.
• Improved display of the highlighting of items in line of sight and available to pick up.
• Items are not highlighted if hidden from the hero behind an obstacle.

• Fixed too dark indoor lighting and incorrect shadows on the ground.
• Fixed incorrect grenade model appearing when a grenade is thrown back.
• Fixed grenade model remaining in hand when thrown.
• Fixed a bug that could cause loot to fall through the high slope roof.
• Fixed the image twitching sometimes seen indoors.
• Fixed a bug that would cause Itz Ocelotl with an activated Spirit Walk ability to push cars around.
• Fixed incorrect display of teammate status in Duo after reconnecting to a battle.

Improvements

Looting has been improved. Text appearing over items will now be visible by default with the option to remove it. The size of the text itself has been decreased.

The size of the additional information window has been decreased so that it no longer causes an obstruction while looting.

Fixes

• Fixed errors relating to the counting of proper weapon types for challenges.
• A player’s Leaderboard position is now visible again even if the player is not in the Top-25.
• The Dark Zone curse sound is now muted after you exit the Dark Zone.
• Fixed incorrect spawn points in Siberia.
• Cars will no longer roll over as easily and will be more stable to control while travelling at high speeds.

Also, the nimbus of protection from the dark forces reduces the damage.
• Background music in the menu has been updated – now it changes when you select champions.

Weapon mechanics

• When targeting ammo in inventory, you see the appropriate weapon highlighted where you can use them.
• Browning 1918A2 got a secondary auto firing mode with a slower rate of fire.
• Clips and magazines are replaced with ammo boxes.
• If you drop a weapon with the scope installed, the scope will be placed in inventory if there is enough space.
• If you loot a weapon with a scope mount, the scope from your inventory will be automatically installed.
• Removed following weapons from the game:  PPD 40, Mosin M91 “Infantry” rifle, Beretta M38, MP 41, MP 35, MP 38, Gewehr 41, M1 Carbine, Johnson M1941, M1917 Enfield.

Graphics and Interface

• Changed the way loot looks on the location. Now text names appear only over highlighted items and all items get box frames to ease highlighting.
• SSpecial aim mark is added for melee weapons to ease looting.
• If you hover over a weapon, suitable ammo boxes will be highlighted.
• The inventory is divided into tabs to group items and ease navigation.
• If you want to purchase an item in the in-game shop, you can first see detailed info about it in a special window.
• Improved visual grenade throwing sequence.
• Changed grenade throwing trajectory:
  • Lowered shift from the center of view;
  • Lowered additional lift of trajectory.
• “Rally” task icons on the minimap changed with finish flags. Removed extra icons.

• Changed the way the ultimate ability cooldown works for all champions but Louis Celine. Cooldown will start after the ability is over or interrupted.
• “Sun Eclipse” ritual balancing update: The ritual now ends without delay.
• Blizzard ritual time is decreased from 120 to 90 seconds.
• Ancient spirit of the time eater decreases ability and traps cooldowns 20% instead of 25%.
• If Jetpack fuel is depleted, new canister will be used automatically if you have it.
• We have switched on experimentary sound delay over distance to make the game more realistic – as we hear long range sounds not as fast as we see them with eyes in real life.
• If you receive critical damage, you can keep eating even if the health replenishment bar is at the top.

Daily rewards & Event rewards

We have also fundamentally redesigned the reward system.

With the major update, there will be 3 daily tasks available to players with 1 random reward in the game. Every 24 hours, the ‘Tasks’ will be reset. They can only be performed while playing in standard solo and duo/team modes.

Tasks Examples:

• “Spend 10 minutes in solo, duo or squad mode”;
• “Kill 10 enemies in solo, duo or squad mode”;
• “Earn 1 victory in solo, duo or squad mode”.

Daily rewards for these Tasks include:

• Souls
• Shots for the Flare Gun
• Eternal Grace
• Scrolls
• Hex bags

Event Rewards

For a long time, we have stated that special events should have their own rewards. From now on, 1 quest will be available to a player every day, the reward is similar to the daily rewards in regular modes. The difference is that the task is completed within a limited time.

For completing 12 tasks the player is also guaranteed a cosmetic chest. Every 14 days there is a complete reset: mode changes, progress on completed tasks.

Tasks Examples:

• “Complete the 12 tasks to get a cosmetic box in a time-limited mode”;
• “Get into the top 5 in a time-limited mode”.

Of course, task options will be expanded and upgraded!

• A message about being found by a Night hunter will no longer be visible after the ritual is over.
• Fixed checkpoint drive-through challenge icon disappearing after the Start region has been entered.
